Office hours are Tuesday through Friday with daytime and evening appointments. I am available in the event of an emergency 7 days a week. If it is a true emergency please call 911 first before calling me. All clients have my cell phone number and I am easily reached by calling, text or email. I promptly reply, normally within the same day
I do not participate with Medicare and therefore my services are not reimbursable.
I am not in network for insurance. If you have out of network benefits, my services are generally covered. Please call me, give me your insurance information and I will check with your insurance company to find out the details of your coverage. I will verify your health benefits and discuss the details with you regarding out of pocket expenses. I realize that a commitment to therapy means time and hard work and reducing stress is important. Usually I will wait for the insurance and not ask clients to pay up front once their deductible has been met.
Cancellations less than 24 hours require full payment of the session fee. I offer the option of a phone session during your scheduled time rather than missing the session entirely.
For clients paying out of pocket the fee is $145 and the session is 6o minutes. Payment is required at the time of services. I accept cash and checks.
While I do not charge for brief phone calls, phone calls between sessions in excess of 5 minutes will incur charges in 15 minute increments. An exception to that would be calls regarding insurance issues, and calls with other treatment providers such as probation officers, school officials, etc.
